Sulaiman Muhammad

Suli grew up being active and was a member of his high school track and field team. Now, he is an amateur boxer and regularly trains when he finds time in between his busy schedule. Before becoming a personal trainer, Suli spent five years as an Emergency Medical Technician where he learned a great deal about health and the human body. His confidence in his knowledge of health and how the body moves combined with his calm, attentive, and focused demeanor allows him to generate outstanding results for his clients.

Suli is a certified under the American Council of Exercise and is a certified
Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist under the
National Academy of Sports Medicine. He trains his clients to not only
strengthen themselves physically, but spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as his workouts are versatile, often incorporating calisthenics, boxing, plyometrics, and the full spectrum of functional training.

David Slaght

David is passionate about sports and competition.

Growing up with 7 brothers on Long Island, sports and fitness have always been a huge part of David’s life. Developing a balance of competition and fun began at a very young age for David, playing basketball, soccer, and even racing family members! He was also an avid wrestler and ran track in high school. In his early 20’s he began boxing at a local gym on Long Island. He still enjoys being active today, participating in a men’s softball league, doing Spartan races and mini marathons.

David is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA) Certified Boxing Instructor. David is a born athlete who loves helping people. He eventually realized that the best way for him to combine his love of sports and desire to help others was to become a trainer. Today he couples his athletic background with his fitness knowledge to drive results for his clients. David lives and breathes sports and a fit lifestyle. Personal training motivates him to share his experiences and aptitude to help his clients draw out the best version of themselves.

Jamie Groner

Jamie’s passion for boxing is equal to his passion for his client’s results.

Born and raised in New York City, Jamie quickly learned to become the best, you have to work hard and put in the effort. Starting at the young age of 12, he has competitively boxed and eventually become a trainer to other fighters. His interest in how the human body performs at an elite level drives his passion and success as a trainer.

In the gym he combines his knowledge of boxing with strength and conditioning training to deliver excellent results for his clients. He is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. He surrounds himself with professional fighters and top trainers to further expanded his knowledge and skills, which he readily applies to his sessions. Jamie is a true believer that when one thing in your life is at its best, it positively influences every other aspect.

Giacomo Barbieri

Giacomo’s enthusiasm for fitness is absolutely infectious.

Originally from Italy, Giacomo earned his degree in Sports and Exercise science graduating summa cum laude, and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. He is an expert trainer and has prior experience as a group sports performance instructor. He believes that functional training is the key to optimal health and a body free of pain and tension.

Each of his sessions is prepared with a balance of goals, efficacy, and safety. His method enables you to push yourself at the hardest level in a safe and conscientious way. Outside of the gym, he enjoys soccer, rock climbing, hiking, squash, swimming, and martial arts.

Eugene Dalid

Eugene is a strength and conditioning specialist with a passion for movement.

He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and specializes in Olympic weightlifting and Crossfit. He also holds a black belt in Judo, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and plans to compete in the future. Eugene’s mission is to empower people from all backgrounds to take charge of their health.

His experience ranges from developmental to collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes. Eugene uses a wide range of modalities to generate results safely and effectively. Eugene combines principles from gymnastics, weightlifting, calisthenics and martial arts in his sessions in order to offer fun and challenging workouts.

Bob De Sena

Bob is a no nonsense trainer whose inner strength will inspire you to push yourself toward your goals.

Bob has been strength training since he was 13 years old. Over the years, he remembers looking at trainers and thinking, “I could do that.” After retiring from a long career on the NJ Turnpike, he saw his newfound free time as the perfect opportunity to have a fresh start. Since he has always valued strength and fitness throughout his life and wanted to share that with others, he decided to attend the National Personal Training Institute. In his sessions, he combines a variety of training methods including kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Outside of the gym, Bob is an avid motorcyclist who rides with his wife any chance he gets. He is also learning social media–his posts can be found at #bobdoesinsta or @Heart_NYPT.
